Shipping policy

Our processing time is 5 business days.  All orders are hand delivered to either the Post Office or UPS. We offer a few shipping options for our customers! Choose whichever option is works best for you when you get to checkout. If you have any questions feel free to email us at karlaskustomdesigns@gmail.com

How will I know when my order ships?

You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship all orders via USPS. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS *PLEASE READ*

At this time, we are not offering International shipping.

 

** Karla's Kustom Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments, PLEASE make sure your address is correct.  Once your order ships, Karla's Kustom Designs is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.  Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges TO RESHIP.
